This acclaimed 11-week half marathon-training is back.
Join Francisco Cornejo and Gus Ibarra for workshops, group runs and track workouts that will prepare you to run your first half marathon or a new PR! Again we broke up some of the training so we can tailor the workouts for Beginning runners and then for Intermediate/Advanced runners along with workshops for all participants.
The cost to participate in the 11-week program is $40 per person.
This calendar is a perfect way to train for our half and either work on your speed or endurance or both. It helps you build in mileage with a 10-week calendar and gives you ideas on how many miles you need to run during the week.
