Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System is proud to present the 21st Annual Heart & Sole 2018. Heart & Sole is a 10K Run & 5K Run/Walk, which will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018, 8:30 AM. The event will be held rain or shine starting at SVMHS, which is located at 450 E. Romie Lane, in Salinas. Proceeds from this event benefit Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital’s Children’s Miracle Network.

Run in the Name of Love, a unique event offering runners and walkers the opportunity to honor or to pay tribute to an individual who is/was a very special person in their lives. Participants will enjoy the charm of the area, historic sites, the natural beauty of the course & a memorable finish line celebration. Held annually on Father’s Day, (Sunday, June 17, 2018) events include a timed 5K run and a 2K walk (dogs welcomed!). These events benefit the Big Sur Marathon’s youth fitness program JUST RUN®.

Here is how the California Half & Full Marathon Series Works
Find the challenge that best fits you. Choose the number of races. (4,7,10,15,20)
Look for races you want to run in, and register for them.
We track your results, you can track your races as well on our web site.
There is no sign up for the series required on your side, but you should register for the newsletter to stay up to date on important news and information.
At the end of the year, come to a medal race to collect your medal, this will be your final race on your challenge.
